AT THE BEGINNING...

At the beginning there is Sophie and Bruno, graphic designer and cameraman-editor with their two children, Lula and Solal, originally from Belgium, quite a nice little kingdom.

In 2009, they have a magical encounter … They fall in love with the Dordogne to the point of leaving everything behind.

In August 2018, they put down their suitcases at La Chambre, a small farm that had been abandoned for more than 30 years, with their faithful companion Tosca. Its 5 remote hectares only 4 km from Sarlat will become their new playground.

The plan is to create 4 gites and an organic farmland. After three years, a few aches and pains and some fabulous encounters, 2 gîtes were born, ready to be rented.

In the meantime, some sheep have joined them as well as a few farm animals and Tokyo which you will not want to leave.

The vegatable production allows us today to supply several schools, restaurants, local producer’s stores and our guests. Once a week we sell our vegetables at the village bakery, and during the summer season we attend several markets.

In the spring, we also sell vegetable plants, aromatic plants and flowers.

Going back to the land has allowed us to make connexions and to fully blossom in Saint-André Allas, our host village.

See you soon,
Sophie, Bruno, Lula et Solal.
But also… Tosca, Tokyo, Dolorée, Rouky, Grizzy, IPA, Neige, Sara, Mah, Pauline, Mathou, Nuages…
